In terms of quantum wise, it looked pretty decent for the three million mark to get a three plus study kind of fashion. The 1249 square feet you really have a lot more square footage to play with so you come out. I noticed that the developer try not to give too many panels, so basically it’s one panel at the side and then your bottom storage panel. Then the brands are dedicated to your mirrors. So this second common bedroom slightly larger than the first one because you have this traditional walkway. Also very generous in size for common bedroom your sliding wardrobe is here. We like how this bedroom is configured because you do have like sort of a private entryway into your bedroom and sunken wardrobe here. You have an additional two panel and then the main panel of wardrobes here.

The master ensuite is great it feels very private in a sense because your door isn’t facing the shower and it isn’t facing your WC, so it’s been very well planned out. You also got your sink and WC over here and then your shower over here with ventilation window to let air in. Marble finished throughout a very luxurious master bathroom.
