Rivière private preview draws over 1,000 viewers during the weekend

Rivière draws over 1,000 viewers during the opening weekend preview. About 450 groups of about 1,000 people were drawn to the much anticipated private preview of Rivière over just the course of 2 days of the weekend ended 26 May. The new launching mixed development is developed by Frasers Property. The private preview at its sales gallery located at Zion Road. The new development will be a mixed-use development, offering 2 residential towers with a total of 455 units and a four-storey building containing 80 serviced apartments alongside three historic, 100-year-old warehouses which would be safeguarded and refurbished.

Located at Jiak Kim Street, Rivière will be developed on the site where the old Zouk nightclub sits for 26 years before it is relocated to Clarke Quay. The site was won by Frasers Property with a top bid of S$955.4 million in a tender in December 2017. Rivière is designed by the principal of SCDA Architects Chan Soo Khian, whose luxury developments in Singapore are noted for its designs. These projects include The Ladyhill, The Marq on Paterson Hill, Leedon Residence and Nassim Park Residences.

At Rivière, with a 300m riverbend surrounding the condominium has a 37 storey twin towers have an unobstructed panoramic view of the historical Singapore River.

Frasers Property stated that the development would be launched in July 2019, and the units will have a purchase price of S$2,580 psf. The development is located in a prime district, where it is near to Tiong Bahru MRT, Outram Park MRT, Chinatown MRT, Dhoby Ghaut MRT as well as the upcoming Great World MRT, of which the latter four stations are interchange stations on various lines on the MRT transport system. This creates convenience for residents living in the area as their home would be much more interconnected with other estates and the town.

With Great World City so close by, residents have a one-stop destination for all their needs, such as grocery shopping, retail shopping, food and beverages and other amenities that Great World City has to offer. Other than the shopping mall, there are plenty of cafés scattered nearby which residents can enjoy their leisure time.
